Despite the fact that the case is at the court stage and an expert has been appointed to examine the car for the purpose of the legal proceedings, Mercedes-Benz's attitude is becoming more and more questionable. In an official statement to the court, Mercedes-Benz Polska stated that the car to be examined by the expert is located in Warsaw at 1 Daimler Street, on the employee parking lot PH1. The behavior of Mercedes-Benz employees during our recent visit to the importer's headquarters, however, indicated that the car was not there at all....
So was the defective S 63 AMG sent for a quick powertrain replacement to the factory in Germany before a forensic expert could examine it?
